Kristina N. Fredrickson, DDS

dr-fredricksonDr. Kristina Fredrickson earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2007. She is the most recent member of the Santini family to receive a dental degree, joining her father, Dennis, and sister, Angela, in the field. Upon graduation from Iron Mountain High School in 1999, Dr. Kristina went on to study Biology and Chemistry at Central Michigan University. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Science and graduated with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude, in 2003.  Upon graduation from dental school, she fulfilled her dream in moving back to the Iron Mountain/Kingsford area to join her father in providing dental care for their community.

Since returning to her hometown, Dr. Kristina has been very dedicated to her practice and to her partnership with her father, Dr. Dennis Santini.  She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Michigan Dental Association, The American Dental Association and The Chicago Dental Society. With a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of comprehensive and contemporary dentistry, Dr. Fredrickson has stayed abreast of all of the exciting advancements in the field.  Together with Dr. Santini, she dedicates countless hours to advanced education courses, being trained under the leading clinicians in dentistry. They continue to incorporate the latest technology and techniques into their practice in order to provide their patients with all the best dentistry has to offer.

Dr. Kristina provides exceptional care to her patients and is known for her compassion and patience during dental visits. She is constantly searching for new ways to ensure that her patients have the most comfortable and anxiety-free experience possible. She loves working with children and welcomes them into her care with the rest of their family. Providing beautiful and long lasting dentistry while maintaining a personal and trusting relationship is of utmost importance.

Dr. Fredrickson and her husband Wayne, have been blessed with three children, Domenic, Jake, and Loveta. Together, they enjoy staying active in the beautiful Upper Peninsula outdoors. Whether at camp four-wheeling, snowmobiling or hiking in the woods, Dr. Fredrickson is so thankful for being able to return to this amazing area. Photography and piano are among her hobbies while she stays busy spending time with her family and friends.
